For a short flight, Qatar Airways offers very good onboard service.

To many ads. 3 or 4 between each movie. All repetitive, all related to Doha which I was just passing thru.

My seat that I booked over a year ago and some other passenger was sitting in it. They said they could not walk and they would not move. I was with my young kid and the crew did nothing to accommodate that. Just disappointed that the airline accepts that excuse from a passenger.

Too many boarding protocols. Never experienced with other international flights.

I had never seen any cabin crews behaving like that. They are not at all professionally fit for this job

It was the terrific, I was promoted to businessman class, and the service was amazing.

There was not enough staff during boarding which had created big problems . Another thing once you enter gate area there’s no way to use bathroom and you have to be in that area 2 hours before boarding which is too much.

Better service is needed. I booked for Qatar but I was switched to American way after I bought my tickets.

I was in business class, without the business class amenities. Large seat with lots of legroom, but no TV or bed. Food was okay, but I did enjoy the Turkish red wine.

Friendly cabin crew and the flight was on time. Would recommend toanyone

3 of us were in the business class. All good except the Flight out of Mumbai is too early. It is at 6:30 am. Reporting is at 4 am. We had to get up at 3 am. US connection has 4-5 hours of layover. It would be nicer to start the India flight late (give more time to sleep at home) and have less layover duration in IST.

Multiple errors by Turkish airlines and Istanbul Airport kept us from making flight. Stuck in Istanbul!

A good airline, but at checking in, they allocated seats for my wife, and I far away from each other, and to change them, they wanted a payment, such a bad policy, it leaves a bitter taste in the mouth All was good on the plane, good food, but the air hostess was abrupt and a bit rough dealing with the passengers, but one has to find excuses for staff working under pressure

Everything was great Turkish airlines should show the same attention to international flights.

The seats are much too narrow and the arm rests are hard and awkwardly high, resulting in shoulder cramps. I am an average sized person ( definitely not overweight). The seats are a similar size to car seats with the added discomfort of incorporating hard plastic arm rests, that force average height individuals (I'm 5 ft 7 (f)) to hold their arms uncomfortably for several hours. The seats are much too close to the ones in front and behind making it extremely difficult to allow fellow passengers to get out, especially when the seat in front is declined. The leg room also necessitates knees banging into passengers backs for the entire flight. This used to be a quality airline who now offer mediocre service for premium cost, coupled with charging exorbitant prices for basic needs, like a seat, or luggage. Blatant and unabashed gouging of clients.

The Business Class seating did not stack up to other airlines that we've experienced. There was no privacy and the seats in recline for sleeping were not well padded and comfortable. There was no mattress pad provided either. The crew was not as respectful and accommodating. We have no specific complaints regarding the crew except to say we've been treated noticeably better on other airlines, for example, British Airlines. Lastly, we were immensely disappointed when we got to the Denver airport as our flight was significantly delayed, granted, due to a lightning strike in a nearby airport, but what made this worse was our discovery that we could not use the United lounge for the 3 1/2 hour delay. We were told our Business Class tickets could only be used for outgoing overseas flights. This left us scrambling to eat the sad restaurant offers at the Denver airport. All in all, we would not book another Business Class flight on Lufthansa.

Crew was very nice and helpful. It was a good flight experience.

All 4 flights were late. Plus delays for cleaning planes . On return baggage was not even on the plane arrived next day not received until two days later . Very poor experience.

Try to humanize onboarding and take AI out. It's embarrassing and useless

Check-in very easy and smooth. Plane and crew were nice. Seat open next to me created more space. Food was fair but plentiful. Lots of movies and I was able to sleep some on the way to Munich. Very tight connection, about an hour. Fast through passport control and a bit of a walk to last G terminal gate but I made my connection to Palma. Unfortunately, my luggage did not make it. It is now almost 24 hours since I anded and still NO luggage. I know it landed last night on another flight. Local delivery should be today to my hotel in Palma but nothing yet. I asked about the tight connection when I checked in and was assured they would get my luggage to the connecting flight. Very disappointing it missed my flight but more disappointing that it has taken so long to arrive. Failure on the airlines and service to get my luggage to date.

I think I have bruises on my kneecaps. Do the seats have to be so close together these days? And if they are so close they really shouldn’t recline. I think when the gentleman in front of me reclined, the back of his head was on my chin. That being said the crew were always caring and polite, and the flight was on time and very safe. So I’m grateful for that.

Hated every minute of it. Delayed for over 10 hours only to have to cancel rental car, car insurance and hotel. Its taken me 3days to get to my final destination when it should have only taken 12-14 hours. Very unhappy with Lufthansa.

Overall good experience. Polite crew. Good foodandentertainment. Seats are small and bit congested though.

The seats were comfortable and dinner was good.? I ended up with food poisoning, not their fault. I caught it somewhere in Barcelona. I didn't tell the flight attendant so it was up to me. It is a good airline. I was just ready to be home

Very bed boarding, there was overbooked and make a lot of problems and noises

On my way from Chicago to London, I was seated next to a quite heavy passenger. I could barely move. BA should have ensured that overweight customers are placed in comfortable seats and not to penalize also other passengers because BA is not willing to accommodate these passengers and their needs. No respect at all.

I truly don't think there was anything that could have been better. How is that for an endorsement?! I'm a firm fan of BA now, with two flights in the past 2 months. Keep up the great work! And thank you!

New airport for me. A little confusing.bunable to use kiosk for boarding pass. Agent checking us in was professional but not very friendly.

Taking off and landing were smooth. I didn't have anything to complain about.

The flight as far as timings go was excellent. Unfortunately we ended up sat with someone on a night flight who had been drinking alcohol before boarding and BA staff were happily serving him more alcohol. He was very drunk which made our flight uncomfortable and awkward. My partner had this person lying on him whilst asleep. Alcohol should be served minimally. If there had been an emergency this person would not have been in a fit state to act accordingly.

The sad case is that BA is often late. I missed my connection outbound and then was rebooked in another biz class seat some 10 hours later. I opted to change to economy (no compensation refunded of course) that was only 5 hours later. On the return journey, once again changing planes was very challenging. This time we landed only a little bit late, but deplaning took a long time so the connection was very much in doubt. Some serious running and sweat later, I managed to make the connection but my luggage did not. No messages about the missing luggage, so I had to wait until the entire bag return process was over before seeking out an agent. There was only one and well over 50 passengers waiting to speaking with her. She was quite pleasant, but it took 1 hour and 45 minutes from touchdown to leaving the airport.

First time flying with BA and I will do it again. Staff at airport and on board were very nice and helpful

BA charged me 70 euros for one bag on my return after having recognized my frequent flier status and charging me nothing for the same bag on the outbound. Their employees are not well trained and rules are inconsistently applied.

Pegasus is not a very comfortable airline. They’re not in any way hospitable

Flight delayed by 1hr when we already boarded because someone had to get off. Leg room is terrible for 6ft people like me.

I used the airline 5-6 times for the last year and every flight have had perfect timing and I like it. Despite catastrophic absence of space for my legs 😁

The crew was utterly non helping and non courteous.I asked for a water. The air hostess could have said it's paid . She informed me that I will come later after serving but never turned up. The seats were never comfortable.My first and last flight with Pegasus.I am not taking again

The plane left Istanbul 1 hour late and the AC was not really working great it was so hot inside and no air. This was my worst flight in a long time since I had a flight with Ryanair.

Cheap and cheerful. It’s a super cheap, no frills flight. Very professional and as it’s an A320 relatively spacious. Seats do not recline. Happy with the service. You get what you pay for. Can’t complain

I had 4 flights for less than a week and there were no delays and issues. Thanks to the crews and for perfectly organised service.
